Dear Readers:
Some months ago I wrote a Cambridge Matters regarding what I felt was the failure of the County Council to comply with several sections of the Maryland Open Meetings Act.
Several of the CAN Board members and I filed a complaint with the OMA Committee, and its decision is attached.
