Dear Friends:

This morning someone asked for help with some street lights that were not working correctly. I emailed Comcate about the problem asking for help and received a quick response and assistance.

If you have a street light that is out, below is some self-help that you can undertake, if you have access to the internet.

On each DPL pole there are two sets of numbers that are GPS coordinates specific to DPL. One can visit the web at this address: https://delmarva.streetlightoutages.com/map/default.html
and put the pole numbers in where the light is out, and DPL will repair it.
