NOTE: Some suggestions about my comments. We tried to get enough signatures for the referendum but failed, so there was no referendum. After the current county council came on board they restart d the charter commission that has made these recommendations that will be on the ballot in November. Also, I asked the community to learn about the proposed changes and vote for them in November.
